Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

EU Customer Rights (14-Day Right of Withdrawal) If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.

Returned underwear must be unused and in a hygienic condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return: Contact us at shante@shante.lv. We will confirm the return and send you instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — contact us immediately.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.
